Precision machining processes
Among the important special processing operations for your knitting machine components are high-precision machining processes, which can be used for example to produce precision slots in even the thinnest stamped parts.
Our machining processes, developed in-house, allow us to mill slots with the smallest tolerances cost effectively and in even the thinnest stamped parts. With perfect coordination between the material, cutting material and analytically and empirically determined cutting data, we can achieve the highest level of surface quality with the minimum of burring.
